Community Guided Meditations
You can enjoy these guided meditations in the privacy of your own home, or wherever you may be, at our scheduled times or any other time through our replay videos.
We have different themes for the meditations such as calm, relax, heart and gratitude.
They are scheduled on our YourTube channel on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 7.30am. Our guided meditation lasts for 30 minutes and you are welcome to drop in at any time we are live!

You can attend the online meditation using a mobile smartphone, PC/laptop, or tablet with a camera and microphone.
How to join
Click on the link above to access our YouTube channel. You will see there the Livestream video - simply watch this at the scheduled time. You can always watch our many recordings also.
Please get yourself set up before the meditation starts. This helps to ensure that you can be ready for our start time where you can benefit from any guidance we may give at that time.
